We want you to love your order from Otaku Outpost. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund. 

As our products are shipped directly from suppliers, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please check product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
